Health and Fitness Workshop: Overcoming Training Plateaus (AN)

Its’ only February so you have plenty of time to achieve your ideal weight goal.  The Annandale is hosting special health and fitness workshops and the next session is Advanced Resistance Training Techniques to Overcome Training Plateaus.

All classes are open and free to all faculty, staff, and students.

Sign up for workshops at the front desk of the fitness center on the Annandale Campus (AN) in the CE Building, Room 102
