Making the Table Bigger: Minority Success in a Majority World

Dionne Henry is the program chief engineer for operational commercial engines for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Engines. She is the featured Black History Month keynote speaker at the Manassas Campus. The discussion, “Making the Table Bigger: Minority Success in a Majority World”, will take place on Thursday, February 13 from 12:00 p.m. –  2:00 p.m. Lunch is included.

The event format will be a moderated fireside chat conducted by Manassas Campus and Community Relations. Dionne will share her experience as the first African-American woman to hold the position of chief engineer at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft Engines, her personal journey that led her to this role, and how to refine your professional experiences for success and beyond.
