Student Offers #Shoutouts for RS3s
Remote Student Support Specialists (RS3s) are staff from across the college who have stepped up to be a caring connection for our students during remote learning and service delivery. They have taken the reigns and run with the opportunity to serve students not currently assigned a faculty advisor. RS3s provide a compassionate ear/email, answering questions and connecting students to resources. Because of their willingness and eagerness to help, we are taking time each day to do shoutouts for our RS3s:
“It is interesting to learn the new systems [Navigate].” – Dahlia Itkin (AL)
“I am anxious to get started!” – Nancy Ferguson (LO)
“It’s official!! I had to ask questions, but I helped my first student. Bridget [Page] has been a phenomenal team captain, and the Frontliners as a group have been helping each other out. I know I have benefited from the entire team’s support as well your quick answers to my many, many questions over the past few weeks. Thank you for your support! – Emily Miller (AN)
“I truly appreciate you noticing me not having an advisor and being so prompt to become mine!” – NOVA student
