NOVA’s Advising Toolkit: Self-Care Tips
Registration for fall 2020 starts next week! Our theme is: Nighthawks Taking Flight for Fall!
The Advisor Toolkit is a week-long effort designed to provide resources and trainings for you to help students with advising, scheduling and planning for summer and helping our Nighthawks Take Flight for Fall!
To add to your own Advising Toolkit, we have compiled a list of resources to use to combat burnout! Advisor burnout happens even in ideal environments… We can all agree that COVID-19 has added stress to our worlds! This list below includes links to articles and videos to review. Take care of yourselves so that you can continue to help others. You can’t pour from an empty cup!
