Anthem EAP to Offer Self-Care Webinars to Help Alleviate Stress

Well, this situation is just going on! The surreal nature of it does not change, but the feelings of stress may rise as the days on the calendar tick by. Family members may be grousing at one another. Loneliness may be setting in. Trying to keep children engaged in schoolwork while trying to stay on top of the work load can add to feelings of burnout or anxiety.
