Seeing Letter Grade Requests for your Courses

As a reminder, students are on a Pass/NoPass grading system for the remainder of the spring 2020 semester. However, if they wish, they can make an irrevocable request to receive a letter grade for all or specific classes. Instructors can easily see which students have requested a letter grade for Spring.

Use this link to see a list of your classes for the spring 2020 semester. These will only be the classes that are in “Active” status and end after April 5, 2020.

When you select a class, the system will display the Student Grading Selection Report that shows a list of students who have requested a letter grade. Use your myNOVA login to view the list.

Above is a sample of the Student Grading Selection Report you will see for each of your active sections.
