NOVA GIS class project featured in USGIF GEOConnect Series
Former NOVA student, Ginger Seip-Nuno, for a class project, developed a spatial analysis project focusing on OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) data about Nigerian pastoral conflicts. Ginger’s work was originally presented at a USGIF event in the fall of 2019. In the current COVID-complicated world in which we live, USGIF has chosen to continue to bring cutting-edge technological presentations and key insights for decision-making to the entire geospatial intelligence community. To do this, USGIF developed, among other things, a series of virtual exhibits. Ginger’s work was among 22 posters selected for their new GEOConnect Series Showcase.
