Congratulations to the five student winners of the NOVA Reads contest! NOVA Reads is a collaborative program between NOVA Libraries and Student Life fostering a community of readers across the college. This year, 120 participating students, staff and faculty accepted the NOVA Reads challenge to read books across the following six categories: Poetry, Banned Books, Microhistory, Self-help, Dystopian/Sci-Fi and Political/Politics. All five winners will receive Kindle Paperwhites to support their continued reading, courtesy of Student Life.

This summer, we encourage you to Read What You Need! We will host discussions and creative book activities such as Book Bentos, Zines and Reading Journals. You can view summer reading activities and book suggestions through the library guide AND make sure you are enrolled in the Virtual Student Union to stay up to date on events and activities and participate in book discussions.
