Self-Care Course for Educators: Discover Your New Normal
This self-paced free course created by Suzanne Maas, School Psychologist, is for those questioning their ability to help, and feeling fatigued from the act of supporting others. As you prioritize students, and neglect yourself, feelings of frustration and a lack of energy can prove to be depleting. Through purposeful self-care, one can regain and maintain a healthful work/life balance.

Teacher Self-Care: Tips for Working from Home
This article by Terri Moore, Faculty Advisor of Pearson Education, offers self-care tips for managing your work duties along with personal needs to optimize success for educators and their students.

The Burnout Cure: Learning to Love Teaching Again
This presentation by Chase Mielke highlights how to utilize your own well-being to battle fatigue-associated burnout. It includes content on mindfulness, gratitude, altruism and other social-emotional components. Each theme is looked at through the lens of peer-reviewed knowledge, and strategies are provided to the viewer to empower them to rekindle love for their discipline.

Speak Up at School
This webinar, provided by NEA and Teaching Tolerance, aims to educate staff and faculty on biased language they may encounter in the school environment. It seeks to empower educators to identify and respond to biased language when used by students to preserve a positive learning environment.
