NOVA Video Services Receives 2020 Bronze Telly Award

NOVA Video Services was awarded the 2020 Bronze Telly for the video “Jill Mitchell–2019 SCHEV Teacher of the Year.” Gene Ertel NOVA Video Services Producer/Director worked with Mitchell and NOVA PIO Hoang Nguyen to develop the content and visual look of the video.

Jill Mitchell is a compassionate instructor who helps students develop professionally and technically. Besides winning the 2019 SCHEV Outstanding Teacher of the Year, Professor Mitchell also won the 2019 Chancellor’s Award for Teaching Excellence.

The Telly Awards are the premier honor for video and television across all screens. Established in 1979, The Telly Awards receive over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents.

NVCC Video Services provides operation and support for the college’s video communications infrastructure, including the regional cable-TV headend, video-on-demand services and video production.
