How to Access H-QRS Zoom and Canvas 6 Training Sessions

All H-QRS Zoom and Canvas 6 Training sessions have certain requirements and settings in place to qualify them for compensation purposes.

Requirements:

VCCS Zoom authenticated sign in
password protected
room closes 10 minutes into session to ensure full attendance
Zoom Polls are used to mark active participation and handle attendance reporting
NOT ALLOWED — phone only connection to the session (cannot view training or respond to polls); must connect on computer/tablet

This updated Guide with screenshots will help you join the sessions. The most common issue is participants who tried to join the session with their NVCC credentials, not their VCCS credentials. If the instructions in the guide are not working for you, you will need to contact IT Help for further troubleshooting: https://www.nvcc.edu/ithd/
