NOVA Announces Temporary COVID-19 Face Covering Policy

In an effort to guard the safety of the entire NOVA community, and in accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s Executive Order 63, NOVA’s Administrative Council has adopted a new, temporary COVID-19 Face Covering Policy. As of July 16, 2020, all faculty, staff, students, college contractors and visitors must wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose while on any college property, both indoors or out, when a physical distance of six feet or greater cannot be maintained.
