NOVA Fact

A Harvard study found that among VCCS institutions, NOVA had the second highest mobility rate (2.5 percent). The mobility rate is defined as the percentage of students who have parents in the bottom 20 percent of the income distribution and who themselves reach the top 20 percent of the income distribution.
