TODAY! Open Meeting – College Staff Forum Council

The purpose of the College Staff Forum Council (CSFC) is to serve as an instrument for the formulation and expression of faculty, student and staff points of view as represented by staff who report up through vice presidents rather than belonging to a specific campus. The Council usually considers questions relevant to its constituencies. It advises and seeks advice from the Admin Council representative, through the VP, to the President of the College. It also communicates with and makes recommendations to campus committees, college committees and/or the College Senate.

The CSFC meets the fourth Thursday of each month from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. We welcome any College staff members to attend meetings and reach out to Council members with any ideas or concerns. During the first portion of the meetings in the 2020-21 academic year, we will be focusing on developing a knowledge resource base around equity for our staff, students and NOVA as a whole through various guest speakers.

We are meeting today, August 27, and will discuss the assistance and resources NOVA is providing to students, faculty and staff with disabilities.
