Coming This Fall: New and Improved NOVA Applicant Tracking System (NATS)

In partnership with the Commonwealth’s Recruitment Management System and PeopleSoft, the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) and Shared Services Center (SSC) are rolling out an upgraded and improved version of NOVA’s applicant tracking system (NATS). This improved version will allow us to request and fill full-time and part-time positions more effectively as well as achieve more efficiency in advertising and managing the recruitment and job offer processes for all VCCS colleges.

There are many new enhancements and features that our users will find useful. The HR Employment Team is currently in training to learn all the new features of the system. Once the data migration to the new PeopleAdmin system is completed in early November, the HR consultants will offer training sessions for managers on the new system.
