REMINDER for All Supervisors

Due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, student hires and wage employees (P-14s) must submit their timesheets for the pay period 11/06/20 – 11/19/20 by close of business today, Thursday, Nov. 19.

Supervisors must approve these timesheets by close of business on Friday, Nov. 20. Hours not submitted and approved by these deadlines will not be processed in time for the Dec. 4 pay date and will have to wait to be processed on the following pay date of Dec. 18.

Your cooperation in meeting these deadlines is important to ensure that no one is delayed in receiving pay for hours worked.
