There are many stresses at this time of year–particularly this year! George Mason University’s Center for Psychological Services is offering free, confidential, call-in  psychological support for essential workers (defined as those who work in healthcare, education, sanitation, transportation, hospitality, food and beverage industry, the postal service and the military).
