It’s Giving Tuesday! Donate to Give Students a Bright Future!

Did you know that you can make a huge difference for NOVA students by giving financially through the NOVA Foundation? For you, it’s almost effortless; but for our students it could make the difference between staying in school or dropping out. Won’t you consider completing the Payroll Deduction Form and giving our students a bright holiday and a bright future?

Also, if your family members, friends or neighbors would like to help NOVA students, they can participate as well. Payroll Deduction is the easiest, most straightforward way to donate. The amount you specify comes out of your check automatically, after-tax, and is sent to the charity of your choice. The fact that the donation is distributed to the Foundation after your tax deductions, means you can count it as a “Gift to Charity” on your tax return at the end of the year. Ongoing Payroll Deductions make it possible to support the hard-working students at NOVA without regularly pulling out your credit card or writing a check.

NOVA is also a part of the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC), and state employees can work with their agency/employer to contribute. The CVC is the annual campaign allowing state employee workplace giving to charities through payroll deduction. The CVC code for NOVA is 201041. You can donate by clicking Here.
