New Virtual Permits From Parking Services
Your License Plate Is Your Permit!
Effective Spring 2021, Parking Services will start using virtual permits for Students, Part-Time Employees and Contractors.
Under the new virtual system, the permit holder’s license plate acts as the permit—there is no more forgetting to hang your permit, no more waiting for your permit in the mail, and no replacement fees to pay.
With virtual permits, students will now be able to order their permit online and use it immediately without waiting for the physical permit to arrive in the mail! The license plate(s) provided when purchasing the permit will be their virtual parking permit and will be valid as soon as the transaction is complete.
Since each vehicle’s license plate is used as the parking permit, license plates must be registered accurately to avoid being issued a citation. Errors in license plate registration are the responsibility of the customer.
Students may link up to three vehicles to their permit; however, only one vehicle can park at the College at any given time. If more than one vehicle is found at the College without the purchase of an additional permit, both vehicles may receive a citation.
