Virtual Student Support Chat Hours, Dec. 21-23

NOVA’s Student Services offers Virtual Student Supports in the form of live chat, email and virtual lobby Zoom interactions. Please make your students aware that there will be a temporary change in chat service hours as we near the winter break.

Chat will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21; Tuesday, Dec. 22 and Wednesday, Dec. 23. This change is due to historically low demand for evening hours during that week. The Virtual Lobby will maintain its normal service hours, 11 a.m. until 3 p.m., on those dates.
