Financial Aid Virtual Lobby Hours and Availability

NOVA’s Financial Aid Office recently began hosting a daily virtual lobby for students Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A virtual lobby will also be hosted on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

These virtual sessions have proved to be a great way for students to connect, one-on-one, with financial aid team members to discuss their questions in a way that almost resembles stopping by their campus’ Financial Aid Office prior to the pandemic. The financial aid web page, www.nvcc.edu/financialaid, provides instructions on how to access the virtual lobby, and it outlines the other ways students can contact the Financial Aid Office. Students also have the option of setting up a virtual meeting or a call back via NOVAQ, emailing finaidsupport@nvcc.edu or submitting their financial aid documents through the 24-Hour Student Support Center or through their NOVAConnect To Do List.
