NOVAfy—Recognize Each Other

NOVA is pleased to introduce NOVAfy, a way to recognize, encourage, thank each other and celebrate the work we all do every day that impacts our students. Calling out a job well done is a small gesture that makes a positive impact on employee engagement.

This new e-card system will allow you to notify (or NOVAfy) a fellow employee or a direct report that you noticed something positive they did. You noticed the fine work or exceptional service that makes NOVA the special place it is.

NOVAfy will soon be available on NOVAnet, NOVA‘s new intranet. You will be able to dash off a quick note of recognition, thanks or encouragement. Watch for more details in the coming days.
