Financial Aid Virtual Lobby Expanded Hours

To better assist our students and answer their questions, our Financial Aid Virtual Lobby hours have been expanded! The new hours of operation are provided below:

Financial Aid Virtual Lobby Hours of Operation:

Monday,       10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday,      10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday,     10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday,          11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Well over 100 students per day have been taking advantage of this opportunity to speak directly with a member of NOVA’s financial aid team to answer their questions and concerns. These virtual meetings that occur in a Zoom breakout room truly resemble meeting with financial aid staff member on campus.
