Today! Three-Time National Poetry Champion Performance

As part of the College’s ongoing programming for Black History Month, we invite all faculty and staff to register for a special poetry performance from Dr. Javon Johnson, three-time national slam poet and spoken word artist! The live webinar performance will be held on Today, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m.

Dr. Javon Johnson has been featured on HBO’s Def Poetry Jam, BET’s Lyric Cafe, The Steve Harvey Show and the United Shades of America with Kamau Bell on CNN. His performance will focus on Black culture and the importance of Black History Month. This live webinar performance is open to all members of the community. Please follow this link to register.
