Mandatory Training for All Supervisors Begins March 2

All supervisors are required to attend one of the upcoming training sessions scheduled for the week of March 1. The purpose of this training includes the following:

• To ensure supervisors understand the role of an agent of the Commonwealth of Virginia
• To re-establish commitment of expectations and responsibilities of managing staff (classified staff, faculty, P-14, and student hires)
• To understand the different employee types and how to process time and leave approvals, accordingly
• To ensure supervisors understand how to approve time and leave
• To explain consequences of NOT following expectations

Please register in advance for one of the sessions below. Again, this is mandatory training for all supervisors.

• March 2, 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
• March 3, 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
• March 4, 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
• March 4, 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
