CAORC to Offer Faculty Development Seminars in Mexico, Senegal, India–App Deadlines, August 30

Given ongoing pandemic and vaccine developments, the Council of American Overseas Research Centers (CAORC) has postponed its upcoming Faculty Development Seminars to India, Mexico and Senegal until January 2022 (exact dates still to be determined). Application deadlines have also been extended until Monday, August 30, 2021.

• Mexico: Jan. 2022; application deadline, August 30, 2021
• Senegal: Jan. 2022; application deadline, August 30, 2021
• India: Jan. 2022; application deadline, August 30, 2021

CAORC provides community college faculty development seminars offering innovative, cost-effective programming that helps faculty and administrators gain the requisite first-hand experience needed to develop and improve international curricula. These two-week seminars are offered in a variety of countries and disciplines meant to increase the capacity of global studies and perspectives in the community college classroom. NOVA has had several successful candidates attend CAORC seminars. You could be next!
