Manassas Prof., Dr. Cathleen Cogdill Presented at SHEEO Public Investment in Higher Ed. Conference

Dr. Cathleen Cogdill, associate dean of math, science, technologies and business at Manassas Campus, was a panelist at SHEEO (State Higher Education Executive Officers Association), Feb. 18. The eight-week webinar series Public Investment in Higher Education: Research, Strategies & Policy Implications hosts researchers presenting original research related to public investment in higher education. 

Dr. Cogdill presented her research Funding Virginia Community Colleges During a Recessionary Period: Impact of Utilizing an Outcomes-Based Funding Model for the session Funding Decisions in Troubled Economic Times.
