Chesapeake Conservation Corps Offers One-Year Positions for Students 18 to 25!

The Chesapeake Conservation Corps (CCC) is accepting applications to pair young-adults (18-25 years of age) with paid one-year positions at sites in the Chesapeake Bay and Mid-Atlantic region starting in August. These positions provide access and opportunities to green careers and educate and train the next generation of stewards on how best to manage and protect our environment to support restoring our region’s natural resources.

CCC positions are paid and receive health insurance, grant writing training and professional development. Positions are for a one-year term and are great for getting a sense of what is available in the realm of environmental professions. Please inform your students of this great opportunity!

Applications are due Thursday, March 4, and host sites are all over Maryland, the District of Columbia, the Eastern Shore and around Baltimore.
