NOVA’s chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and DEI Council invite all faculty and staff to review the following Equity Listening Summary & Next Steps Report. In addition to outlining key themes that emerged from the various Equity Listening Activities held in January and February, the report identifies important next steps for NOVA’s first DEI Strategic Plan.
