Benjamin Gilman Int’l Scholarship App Deadline Extended to March 9

NOVA’s Office of International Education & Sponsored Programs is pleased to announce that the Gilman Scholarship application deadline has been extended. For programs that start between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022, the deadline is March 9, 11:59 p.m. (Pacific time). Please inform your students of this great opportunity to apply for a scholarship to study abroad!

The Gilman Scholarship targets students who have been historically underrepresented in education abroad, including but not limited to first-generation college students, students in STEM fields, ethnic minority students, students with disabilities, students attending HBCUs or other minority-serving institutions and students attending community colleges.

The U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad.
