Faculty Give All Thumbs Up for CAAD Mid-Semester Forum
Faculty Give All Thumbs Up for CAAD Mid-Semester Forum On Thursday, March 4, NOVA’s Council of Academic Associate Deans (CAAD) hosted the Adjunct Professional Development Mid-Semester Forum. The event consisted of 12 presentations and interactive discussions that allowed faculty to connect, share best practices and new approaches to teaching and navigating challenges of teaching remotely, exchange ideas on discipline-specific topics, and explore student engagement techniques. More than 150 people were in attendance!
The planning committee and all in attendance thank Dr. Kress for her welcome message to kick off the mid-semester round of professional development sessions. As always, Dr. Kress provided positive and supportive words of appreciation to our adjunct faculty.
