Bust The Move Walking Challenge 2021

Please join us for our two-week walking challenge and let us “Bust the Move” together!

The challenge will take place from April 5 to April 16 and can include other forms of physical activity besides walking.

Track your activity daily and report it at the end of each week. You may use an activity tracker (such as an Apple Watch, Fitbit or a Pedometer), a smartphone app (My Fitness Pal, Map My Fitness, Lose It, Run Keeper, etc.), or keep track of the amount of exercise you complete and convert it to miles/steps.

The following measurements should be used to track your progress:

15 minutes of exercise = 1 mile = 2,000 steps
