Microsoft 365 Acceptable Use Agreement Acknowledgement, Due by April 9

We’re getting ready to rollout Microsoft Teams! With Teams, you can invite everyone you work with to chat, meet, call, and collaborate all in one place, no matter where you are.

Before we rollout Teams, all users must review and acknowledge the Microsoft 365 Acceptable Use Agreement. It is critical that users understand the increased security responsibilities associated with cloud-based collaboration solutions. Please click here to review the Microsoft 365 Acceptable Use Agreement and then confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance no later than Friday, April 9.

Users must acknowledge and accept these terms annually to maintain access to Microsoft 365 services including Outlook email, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and SharePoint Online. After the initial acknowledgement, the Microsoft 365 Acceptable Use Agreement will be included in the annual GLS Security Training.
