Coming Soon! Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset

Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) is rolling out a new Microsoft feature called Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). This new feature will make it easier than ever for you to recover your password if you ever forget it. SSPR will replace the legacy myPassword solution.  You will be able to reset, unlock or change your password with the added security of having an extra verification method, like a phone number or security questions to your user sign-in process.
