Today! The 2021 Dr. Joseph Windham Student Voices Conference
Please join us for the 2021 Dr. Joseph Windham Student Voices Virtual Conference on Thursday, April 15 at 1 p.m.
The unforeseen circumstances of 2020 forced us to cancel the conference last year. With your support, we hope to continue this tremendous program in memory of Dr. Joseph Windham.
Traditionally, faculty and staff have recruited their students to present exemplary coursework and or projects from extracurricular activities. Please contact Mohamed Ali at mmali@nvcc.edu if you have a student that you are recruiting to present. Gift cards will be provided to student presenters, and some attendees will also be selected for gift card prizes.
Student Voices Matter!
This symposium is a platform for NOVA students to showcase their coursework and talent. All topics, majors and fields of interest are welcome for this program.
What We Will Do?
The program is designed for students to communicate various topics and ideas in brief presentations. Share ideas that inspire and educate. Invite others to attend; the program is open to the public. It is set to be recorded and could possibly be used for professional development.
Interested in Presenting Your Work? Questions?
Professors will recruit students directly. If you know students who would like to showcase their work but were not recruited, please have them contact Mohamed Ali, mmali@nvcc.edu.
Support your students and engage in conversation.
