Authentic Assessment in NOVA Courses

For the 2019 written communication college-wide core learning outcome assessment, Graphic Design asked students to conduct user experience testing of specific websites, (participants navigated a website and made comments on ease of use and the graphics). After evaluating user comments, students made recommendations to improve the usability and design of the website.
