Compensation Study Information Now Available in NOVANet

As an update to the compensation study information, the results from the administrative/professional faculty equity study and the teaching faculty equity study are now available. You can review the reports on NOVANet. Just log in with your NOVA email credentials and scroll down to “Updates, Guides & Reports” on the left hand menu.

Equity adjustments for teaching faculty were previously made in 2019 and will continue to be reviewed in future years. Equity adjustments for administrative/professional faculty are currently under review and will be communicated in the respective faculty member’s contract renewals in late June.
