Reduce Monthly Healthcare Premiums – Take Action During Open Enrollment
Are you enrolled in COVACare or COVA HealthAware? Participants in either plan are encouraged to take a health assessment during Open Enrollment between May 3 and May 17 to earn a monthly Premium Reward effective July 1. That means saving $17 dollars a month for an employee or spouse, or $34 a month if both the employee and spouse participate. Over a full year, monthly premium cost savings can add up to $204 or $408! Employees and/or spouses can sign up for Premium Rewards throughout the plan year, with various effective dates.
COVACare members can visit the Anthem website or use the Sydney app to take the health assessment. For COVA HealthAware, it’s as simple as going to the Aetna website or using the Aetna app. See the instructions in Spotlight.
