Student Access to Google Files in Canvas Courses

If your students are having difficulty accessing your Google files in your Canvas courses, it is likely that they are not logged into their VCCS Google Accounts. Students will need to ensure they are accessing the files through their VCCS Google and not a personal account. We recommend they log out of Google and log in with their MyNova credentials before attempting to access the files.
