Goodbye and Gratitude Party for Dr. Sheri Robertson, June 30

As Dr. Kress announced in last week’s Letter from the President, Dr. Sheri Robertson will be leaving NOVA for a special one-year assignment as Associate Vice President for Academic and Workforce Policy at the VCCS before her well-deserved retirement next year. Sheri has shaped curriculum and policy in Virginia as an innovative and compassionate academic leader through nearly four decades of service and we will be sending her off with our sincere thanks and well wishes.

There will be both in-person and virtual opportunities for us to to celebrate the great contribution Sheri has made to NOVA!

An informal gathering will be held on Wednesday, June 30 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. in Brault 321. If you plan to attend, please RSVP Here.

Also, a Virtual Goodbye and Gratitude Party via Zoom will begin at 3 p.m. Dr. Kress will provide remarks recognizing Sheri’s leadership and legacy, and there will also be an opportunity for others to express their thanks to Sheri for her work. To attend, please register here:
