This past year has made it very clear that we are susceptible to stress and anxiety. So much of the tension we normally experience comes from our own mind, which aggravates and exaggerates the circumstances of our lives. Join CommonHealth as we explore strategies to overcome these feelings of stress and anxiety with an introduction to the series. The first exercise we will focus on is our breathing. By focusing on your breathing for a few brief moments, your stress and anxiety will subside and allow your natural peace to come to the surface.
