NOVA Nighthawk Days and Vaccine Clinics Continue, July 15 and 19

NOVA’s Nighthawk Days–with vaccine clinics at select campuses–will continue next week. On Thursday, July 15 and Monday, July 19, students and their families can visit the campuses anytime during the day to tour the campus; receive help with registration and class selection; get assistance with Financial Aid, tuition payment and scholarships; and learn more about clubs and student activities. Free parking will be available as well.

As part of NOVA’s continuing partnership with Walgreens, the Covid-19 vaccine will be offered at select events to pre-registered individuals, including children 12 and older. Students, faculty, staff and members of the NOVA community are welcome to register for the vaccination clinics, and students who get vaccinated at one of the NOVA Nighthawk events will receive $250 on their NOVACard!

THURSDAY, JULY 15, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

  • Manassas Campus – With Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic
  • Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun & Woodbridge

MONDAY, JULY 19, 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

  • Annandale Campus – With Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic
  • Woodbridge Campus – With Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic
  • Alexandria, Loudoun & Manassas

At the vaccination clinics, Walgreens pharmacists equipped with specialized COVID-19 expertise and years of immunization experience will be on hand to provide our NOVA Nighthawk community with the highest quality care. They are following CDC guidelines that prioritize your family’s health and well-being. 

To schedule a vaccination appointment:

  1. Register
  2. Enter your email address and click first time registration. Follow instructions to complete profile.
  3. Book a time for your appointment (if only booking for your eligible children, please proceed to the next step).
  4. In the upper right-hand corner, click “Manage Family” and select “+Add Family Member’
  5. Enter family member information and click “Submit”
  6. Navigate back to “Manage Family” and click to the right of the family member name to select their profile
  7. Once a family member profile is selected, book a time.
    • If registering more than one family member, follow steps 4-6.
  8. After booking, you will receive an email and QR code confirming your appointment(s) and vaccination site location. Each family member that is registered will have their own unique QR code.
  9. To save time on the day of your appointment, complete the day-of vaccination assessment prior to arriving for your appointment.
