Holistic Wellness Series Offered Free for NOVA Staff and Faculty
Through collaboration with the Office of Wellness and Mental Health, the Prince William County Community Services Behavioral Health and Wellness team is bringing a holistic coaching series known as 5 Bridges to Wellness to NOVA! This series is free to NOVA staff and faculty and aims to educate and offer techniques to strengthen 5 bridges to wellness: BOND, FUEL, MOVE, REST and GIVE. Through two one-hour sessions, users will learn strategies and tools to improve balance in their daily lives, relationships and self-care routines. These tools are customized by the user, making them more viable for use than prescribed techniques. As an added bonus, the coupon code PWC-CLIENT is being offered to Prince William County residents for a 100% discount on additional services utilized after completion of this workshop!
Learn more about 5 Bridges and register for this series of sessions to be held on Friday, Sept. 10 and Friday, Sept. 24 at Noon. Advanced registration is required for attendance. Please contact the Office of Wellness and Mental Health at wellness@nvcc.edu or Heather Martinsen of Prince William County Community Services at hmartinsen@pwcgov.org with any questions or feedback.
