Get Ready for ACEPrint, NOVA’s New On-Campus Copy, Print Service

July 22, 2021 / General NOVA News

Over the last year, the College has completed the transition from Xerox copiers and printers to Canon copiers and printers on all campuses.

On campus, this service allows students, faculty or staff to print from anywhere to anywhere. This means that you can print from your computer (if you have the ACEPrint drivers installed); upload your document to a website; upload your document through an app (App Store or Google Play); or email your document to aceprintmobile@nvcc.edu and visit any available Canon device to release your document with your NOVACard.

More information about the ACEPrint program is available here (including openly- accessible printer locations and a short video on how to use it).

Touchless release through the Pharos App and your mobile device is available here! Instructions will be available on the website soon.

If you find you are unable to print through ACEPrint, please email askaceprint@nvcc.edu or visit College NOVACard for phone contact information and live chat support.

If you need to print a large number of pages; course packs or professionally finished, production-type printed documents (signs, marketing posters, large banners, bound materials or any high-quality paper products), NOVA Printing Services is available for support. Specific products are listed in their storefront at NOVA Printing Services. (You must be logged in to NOVANet to access Printing Services.)

Finally, if you have remaining Xerox toner cartridges or other Xerox supplies, please send them to your Campus Storeroom for consolidation and return to Xerox.
