Coming Soon: New IT Security Awareness Training System – KnowBe4

Starting in August, the VCCS will transition from the GLS Security Awareness Training system to the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training system. Everyone including all faculty, staff, P-14s, retirees, student hires, temporary employees, volunteers and vendors working for the College that are issued an NVCC LAN account must complete IT Security Awareness Training within 30 days of their LAN/email account being created and on an annual basis thereafter. New users on-boarded after July 19, 2021, and users with an upcoming annual training recertification, will receive an email notification from KnowBe4 in early August. Additional information about KnowBe4 will be posted soon.
