Is Your Student Information System (SIS) Profile Up-to-Date?

We have had several faculty and staff tell us they receive text messages from NOVA Advising on their personal cell phones. To avoid this, we are asking faculty and staff to check their preferred phone type settings in SIS and update them by following these steps. 

Once logged into SIS, follow this path:  Main Menu >  Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Addresses/Phones > Phones, update your phone numbers. If it is incorrect, check the box for the preferred phone type and click save.

Once this change is saved in the Student Information System (SIS), it will take a day or so to update in Navigate. If you need any further assistance, contact Advising Technology at 703-293-8195. Thank you for patience.
