Student Services Guidebook Designed to Help You Help Your Students

After a year and a half of COVID, remote services and the redesign of student services, we are pleased to share a new guidebook to assist you in supporting and referring students to NOVA’s support services. In student services we have been working hard to create holistic and equitable support services for all students and this has meant modified hours, locations, services and naming conventions. To make these changes more transparent and to build stronger relationships, this guidebook provides you with the most up-to-date offices, departments, programs and contact information for services provided to students.

We hope you will use this guidebook to support you in your engagement, connection and referral of students to the appropriate resources needed to help them succeed and be supported at NOVA. Together, we are all committed to student services!
