COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Updates for Employees
The deadline to comply with the Governor’s Executive Directive #18 was yesterday (Sept. 1, 2021). We are pleased to announce that an overwhelming number of our employees met the requirement to disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status by the September 1 deadline. Our sincere thanks to those who are in compliance with this directive. For those who have not yet responded, the NOVA COVID-19 Employee Vaccination and Testing Status portal remains open and the expectation is that all employees who have not yet done so will comply with the directive to disclose their vaccination status right away. Human Resources will be working with supervisors to address appropriate disciplinary action for continued non-compliance.
For employees who have disclosed their vaccination status as not fully vaccinated, more details about the weekly COVID-19 testing requirement will be posted tomorrow in the Daily Flyer. Please refer to the COVID-19 Testing Procedures for Employees available on NOVANet.
