Require Authentication to Join Zoom Meetings
To ensure your Zoom meetings are secure, please set your security settings to require participants to authenticate with their MyVCCS credentials in order to attend your Zoom meetings. This ensures your meetings are safe and that only students logged in with VCCS credentials may attend your meetings. To set up your meetings this way, ensure that under your Security settings, you have selected the checkbox for “Require authentication to join” and that the dropbox indicates “Sign in with your MyVCCS account.” Students will then need to sign in with their VCCS email accounts.
