With the establishment of Amazon headquarters in Arlington, and with Governor Northam’s initiative to help commonwealth universities produce more computer science degrees, NOVA’s A.S. in Computer Science is perfectly poised to create fantastic opportunities for diverse tech careers.

With guaranteed admission agreements between NOVA and George Mason University, NOVA’s computer science A.S. will equip students to transition to a 4-year degree seamlessly through the Advance program and be in-demand in the rapidly expanding regional tech workforce. Mason plans to add 2,277 additional computer science bachelor’s degrees in the next two decades and it all can start at NOVA and save students a lot of money in the process.
